home use, has a 200 pound weight stack for resistance. It is designed to target muscle groups in the biceps,
shoulders, back, abs, legs and chest.
The frame is constructed of 12 gauge steel and the high
density contoured bench is vinyl with stitched seams. The Multisports MS-5000 Home Gym features the following
exercises; press, pec deck, leg press, high and low pulley, leg extension/curl, ab crunch, preacher curl, mid-row
and Hyperextension. The cables are nylon coated 2000 pounds test aircraft cables and the frame is finished with a
spider white wrinkle coat. The Multisports MS-5000 Home Gym also features a dual weight stack, a 4-sided design and
